Bill me later payment option, age requirement?

hey, so for Christmas im going to be getting my mum a Calphalon Wok shes obsessed with cooking haha

there's a payment option called Bill me Later, but It doesn't say how old you have to be to use it. I'm 17 and i'm thinking you'll probaly have to be 18? hopefully this question is making sense!

its 18 because its like a mini-loan and us minors cant get a loan because we aren't responsible for our own credit until we are 18, until then parents would have to do which would defeat the purpose of a surprise.
