I have a couple pieces of it - how to I prepare it?

Can i cook it in the wok with a bit of chicken stock?

I seriously have no ideaHow to cook baby bok choy?
First of all you have to clean them thoroughly. And yes you could cook them with chicken broth and simmer until bok choy is tender, simmer them about 7-8 minutes. Season with salt and pepper. However you could add garlic for more flavour.

Also there are so many way to cook bok choy. You could stir fry them with garlic and ginger, braise them, cook them with oyster sauce, etc.

Cut them in half or quarters lengthways, %26amp; rinse out any dirt inside.

Yes, place in wok with chicken stock, or just water.
