Not sure what its called......?

i want to make this:

have rice in a bowl

on top of the rice, there is chicken with all these vegetables but there's also a mixture with it. i think its stock? i'm not sure. what liquid can i mix the chicken and vegies with to make like a sauce for the rice?

also, how do i cook the chicken? do i just pick pieces of chicken and cook them in the wok?Not sure what its called......?
ahhh.. I know what you mean :)

slice some onion and finely chop some garlic, saute in a little oil. add a slice of ginger. add sliced chicken breast or any part of meat from the chicken, as long as it's boneless, and the following vegs:

-diagonally sliced carrot,

-coarsely chopped cabbage

-snowpeas

-mushroom

-cauliflower flowerets, blanched 1 min

-broccoli flowerets, blanched 1 min

and you may also add some chopped shrimp, sliced greenbeans and scrambled egg

add enough chicken stock (strong one), stirring once in a while until everything is thoroughly cooked. season with salt and lots of white pepper, and if you like-just a little sugar. thicken the stock with 1-2 tbsp cornflour diluted in 1 tbsp cold water, then throw in some chopped green onions, stir, then serve while hot with riceNot sure what its called......?
teriyaki bowl? i think that's what it's called
use cream of chicken soup or cream of celery soup for the sauce and i think grilling the chicken would give it a good flavor.
it's a Chicken Teriyaki bowl you can have it with white rice or fried rice. my mom makes it all the time it's awsome and really really easy to make.... lol had it for dinner last night here is the way i make it you and who ever is on here can use this if you'd like...
